The energy at Showroom Johor Bahru reached new heights this February. Despite a condensed schedule, the local skate community showed up in full force to sharpen their skills and catch some air before the seasonal break.
With the sessions held every Saturday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the pavement was buzzing with talent ranging from eager groms to seasoned teenagers.
The Schedule: A Short but Sweet Season
Due to the upcoming calendar, the February clinic was limited to a high-impact, two-week run:
- February 7th
- February 14th
Note: The clinic is now officially on hiatus for the month of Ramadan. We will be rescheduling and returning stronger once the fasting month concludes. Keep your boards waxed and ready for the post-Ramadan comeback!
The Crew: Shredders in Training
This month saw a fantastic turnout of 12 dedicated skaters. From 5-year-old rippers to 16-year-old technical skaters, the diversity on the floor was proof that the JB skate scene is thriving:
| Skater | Age | Skater | Age |
| Iskandar | 16 | Daniel Ong | 15 |
| Dameer | 15 | Am | 14 |
| LD | 13 | El Luqa | 12 |
| Waku | 11 | Quinton | 10 |
| Shu | 9 | Ali | 6 |
| Daiki | 6 | Triston | 5 |
Pro Mentorship
Progress doesn't happen in a vacuum. A huge shoutout goes to our coaching trio who kept the vibes high and the bails low:
- Eddy
- Dee Hamdee
- Eijan
Their collective expertise ensured that whether it was a first-ever ollie or refining a kickflip, every student left with more confidence than they started with.
"The focus this February was all about consistency. Seeing the younger kids like Triston and Daiki hold their own alongside the older boys like Iskandar is what this clinic is all about." — Clinic Staff
