While the month may be short, the intensity is guaranteed to be at an all-time high as the squad prepares for a specialized two-week "sprint" series before the seasonal break.
The February Schedule: Two Weeks of Power
Unlike typical seasons, the February edition of JBFIT Extreme is a concentrated burst of fitness. Sessions are held every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Due to the upcoming observance of Ramadan, which begins in late February this year, the current season will consist of two exclusive dates:
- February 7th
- February 14th
Following these sessions, the program will go on a temporary hiatus. Fans and participants can look forward to a full reschedule and grand return after the Ramadan period, allowing everyone to focus on their spiritual journey before hitting the turf again.
