Azharul Azwan Bin Abd Hakim serves as the Data Management & Performance Analyst at KSS Skate Academy, supporting evidence-based athlete development through effective data management and performance analysis. He is responsible for maintaining accurate athlete records, monitoring training progress, analysing performance metrics, and providing reports that assist coaches in making informed decisions.
Working closely with the Academy Manager, Head Coach, and Fitness Coach, he collects and interprets data from training sessions, fitness assessments, competitions, and attendance records to evaluate athlete progression. His role ensures that coaching strategies are supported by measurable outcomes and that each athlete follows a structured development pathway.
He is committed to promoting a data-driven culture within the academy, helping optimise athlete performance while ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy of academy records.
